Administrative Manager

Abby joined Imperium in 2024. She brings over 12 years of experience in providing administrative support across private law, education, and healthcare sectors. Abby is responsible for managing reception, office administration, and executive assistance. Some of her main duties include office management, coordinating and scheduling client meetings, providing support to the Client Services and Tax Team, and maintaining our client relationship management software with up-to-date notes and client information.

Prior to Imperium, Abby was the Administrative Secretary to the Contract Services Director of The Queen’s Heath System where she effectively managed the team calendar, streamlined office supplies, and initiated the transition from hard copy to electronic contracts for enhanced efficiency and accessibility. She also served as the primary administrator of the contract management system, provided training to 80+ employees on utilizing the system effectively and executed contract management. In addition, she has experience running the front office of a law firm in Honolulu. Abby thrives in roles that involve working with people. She holds her relationships with clients in high regard and strives to give great service to all of Imperium’s clients. She prides herself on being dedicated to her role within Imperium and being an integral part of our future growth. 

Abby was born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management as well as an MBA from Western Governors University. In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
